paid for a full service oil change and had to go back as they didn't fill up fluids as stated on my receipt. they didn't vacuum or clean windshield. waste of my time! can't even trust that they actually changed the oil at this point.

this was the place I normally get my oil changes as they did a wonderful job. but since the last 2 times me and my wife have carried our vehicles there we have had money taken , and certain fluids not filled when they should have been. I went back this time to get my money back and it was blamed on the vacuum. how can a vacuum nozzle over 3 inches wide suck up over $3 in change but leave .45 cents? not once but twice now? and a few dollars from under paper in my wifes car? plus not filling fluids. Did not pump air in tires or clean windshield at all yet charged for it. Completely unprofessional. Not sure they actually did anything.
