I have routinely had my vehicle services at the dealership. Today, I wanted to avoid the wait and went to Mr. Lube. When the tech determined that he could not get the oil plug out without possibly stripping the threads, the manager called me out into the garage, ushered me down into the pit, and the tech showed me exactly what the issue was. I'll go back to the dealership to address the problem, and then Mr. Lube will have my business. Thank you for the great service and integrity!
