My first time ordering from this company on Amazon and after trying to get the correct product 3 times I quit! I ordered 20 lb struts and they keep sending me 120 lb struts. I've sent them back with a note in the return box explaining the problem each time. They still cant get it right. If you have lots of time to waste this is your company to purchase from. I'm done!
Ordered wrong part for custom project. Called and agents were all busy so left a message for a call back. In a short period Jessica M. returned my call, did extensive research, and sent me EXACTLY what I needed. Quality customer service, good price for quality struts and super fast shipping! Originally I bought my lift struts here because they offered a lifetime warranty on their house brand. Now they changed the warranty to 5 years, and are claiming because the warranty can change without notice, they don’t have to honor the warranty they originally sold the part with. This is absolutely an illegal business practice. You can’t as a company, retroactively take away a warranty that was sold with the good. They are also more expensive for the exact same Stabilus struts I need as Rockauto and Autozone, so I’m not s... read more
