Service was fast and efficient. It's best if you know exactly what you want ,because this is a busy place and the choices are many. You order at the counter and your name is called when your food is ready. Coffee is self serve and we came at a time when the pots were running low( it was replenished during the time we were there). Much of the seating is up either a few steps in main part of the deli, and more seating is available up other steps. As I have difficulty with stairs, we sat near coffee prep station. Food was excellent- got the turner lunch sandwich (turkey, country ham, cheddar cheese. Held honey mustard) on asiago cheese bagel. Bagel was super soft and probably best one I've ever gotten from any of their locations. Tea made by staff was very good - I did half sweet and half unsweetened. Autumn B was very friendly and helpful when I ordered.
