Jan the receptionist booked my appointment, then called back to say that Dr Joseph is "recommending" I see another urologists who "would be better suited to my health needs" despite the fact I'd only booked my initial consultation. I said thanks, but I will stick with him, as otherwise I have to go back to my GP and get a new referral, then back to TAC and get a new approval etc and it all adds weeks to the process. She said no, he's recommended you see another urologist. I asked if he was refusing to see me, but she said no... read more
Mr Thomas has been my husbands urologist for a few years now.. we find him very knowledgeable, gentle and very understanding.. he has a multi-disciplinary approach which we found very comforting.. the nurses and reception staff are just lovely.. his personal assistant, Jan, especially so..
Dr Joe is absolutely brilliant. He explains everything really well & clearly. I am blessed to have found such a fabulous Surgeon. I feel completely safe. Thank you so much Dr Joe
