I have been informed by my teenager than Me Jim's is the only pizza he will eat. Definitely a family favorite!
I just ordered from the most patient polite and professional guy! Out pizza is still 30 minutes away but if it is anything like the customer service I’m sure we will be VERY satisfied.
Waited 3 hours for pizza, and NO pizza. We were unable to get through on phone lines that dropped calls for over an hour, then finally an answer at 9:50pm to find out the online order system is down after it took our order at 7pm and charged our bank. Manager could only say corporate should have posted message online that said system was down. There was NO concern to cook and get us our pizza now at 9:50pm at night or provide any thing for loyal customers who got nothing after deciding not to go out for our free veterans day... read more
Love Mr. Jim's and their support for our community!! Enjoy reading all the thank you cards on their bulletin board. Thank you Mike, Jennifer, and staff for being amazing!! Love being able to order online after work and my pizza being ready by the time I drive over. Trying not to eat it all before I get home has proven to be a challenge though.... ����� Great pizza!!
