Was eager to try Mr. Jim’s based on everything that I’ve heard about it, but after the experience today- I was very disappointed. Waited almost 45 minutes on our delivery order, which didn’t bother me so much until I found out they forgot some. We went ahead and started eating what we had while we waited for the rest- what we had was cold. Looks like we’ll be sticking to a different pizza chain for our pizza nights.

Not happy at all took well over an hour for 2 pizzas was told if it was not at my home in the next 10 min to call back for a credit 20 min later still no dinner called back and was told I get 20 % off my next order ... trust me there will not be another order from this location
The pizza is delicious, and we always have to get the garlic bread buds and some chicken wings too. Really friendly people!! If you haven't tried it yet, you need to!!
I was treated unfairly at this store my order was made wrong I have two small kids I ordered 24 wings but to my surprise they were hot , I called to tell staff about it she told me there's nothing she can do about it , I told her I will drive up there to get it changed , she still said no shes not gonna help me , when I have two kids that don't eat hot wings , I paid $20 for the wings. $20 that is a lot for a single mom of two, I wanted to treat my kids to take out , we don't usually eat out.
