Had a great experience using this company. Casey and his crew came up right away after deciding what trees I wanted. I was very thankful for the knowledge and advice he gave with not just trees but with other plantings and ideas I had for my property. He took the time to talk to me about all of these questions and ideas. I had one tree removed and added two others and they were great. Very hard to get in touch with. Called several times, left messages, texted and no one returns my calls or text. Very disappointing.
Called ahead about a tree I’m looking for, they confirmed they have one or two. Went to the address on the website, and it’s wrong. They moved to a new location- would have been nice if they told me this before. They told me the new address, again confirmed they have the trees. Went to the new address. Guy working on site told us they don’t have this tree after all. Haven’t had one since fall.
Casey was a huge disappointment. Hired him to plant 17 trees for a commercial project. He loves to come and talk and walk around the property with inspectors. He never has any measuring tape or anything to mark where the trees go. When the time came to plant the trees he planted them in wrong places even though inspector had them marked. Casey does not even know how planting a tree under a power line is not allowed. He doesn't even respond when inspector asked him to fix things. Unbelievably sloppy and unprofessional.
