Absolutely horrible staff! 3 weeks no return phone calls & no prescription. Dr Howard H is fantastic but not with this hassle! How can you ignore the horrible customer service they provide your patients.
They are constantly overbooking and you wait for over an hour to be seen. He's a nice dr but everyones time is valuable and no one should be treated like their time doesn't matter.
Been seeing Dr Heidenberg for many years. He is devoted and caring. He’s the best!!!
Dr. Heidenberg is great. However, don't rely on his office staff. They don't return emails or send information as requested.
