Been a tenant of 375 Bay Mills for more than a year, its a peaceful place to call home. Property Management is really good, specially PAUL who is proactive, patient and caring. I have seen him taking care of driveways in harsh winter nights, placing salts, cleaning driveways and making sure tenants are safe. Overall its a beautiful place to live. Thanks.
I have known many site staff and property managers from M&R. All of them have been very respectful, kind and go above and beyond for the tenants. The staff at 375 Bay Mills; Dora, Kacie, Paul and Danny are fantastic people. Staff at Cassandra Towers; Rafael, Edit, Len, Joanne and Leo, are also amazing. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.
Being living here since 2010, it’s an awesome place to live except for the past superintendents. Having Paul joined the team made living here 110% better. Now about Paul- he’s always smiling and friendly. Gets the work done quick , efficient, and professional. He’s very easy to talk to, and the place hasn’t looked better. Keep up the great work Paul
I have been a tenant at 375 Bay Mills Blvd since 2015 and love living in this building. It's very clean, quiet and well maintained. I would like to acknowledge Paul for his outstanding job in ensuring that anytime work orders are requested he gets the job done with efficiency, professionalism and kindness. Thankyou for all you do Paul managing concerns and tenant requests keeping our building in great shape.
I stay at one of their properties in North york no complaints with the property but the management is very poor and rude they do provide the amenity of small gym room but the condition is just lease holders can only use, this isnt fair even the tennant pay the rent and have been staying at the same place from last 3-4 years just that you dont have the title of leaseholder you cannot use the ammenities.
