Cathie, the manager is trying to evict all tenants and is being impossible to deal with. This company is a disgrace. Even simple administrative tasks are on purpose made difficult.
An absolutely horrible commercial tenancy relationship with M&R Holdings. It's suffocating and only about money. Additional charges, everything gets charged back to the tenant... perfect example is a new tenant's HVAC report, getting snuck into the outgoing tenants expenses. Be very aware of significant challenges at the end of your term.

M&R Holdings has filed at least 26 above-guideline rent increase (AGI) applications with the Landlord and Tenant Board across its properties since 2020, including multiple repeat applications at the same buildings. At my building alone, they have applied for 4 AGIs within the past decade, and their latest application seeks an increase of 6.67%.
