Great customer service. Best food in town. I visit the location often and never have had any issues. Romanburger, waffle fries and cheese sauce is a must.
This was the worst experience I’ve had with Mr hero, I loved Mr hero growing up, just came back from newyork had a huge craving for it, my order was wrong mind you, I was missing quite a few things, then others were completely wrong, the Roman burger was just disgusting. It’s like they don’t season it anymore, called up there, stayed on hold for 10 minutes then hung up, I wasted money, the food is still sitting on my counter. I will never go back!
Decent sandwich shop, good value. Drive thru available. Far better than the Subway across the street. Easy stop right off of 30. Good first time experience will definitely go back.
20 minutes for one combo meal. 20 minutes!
