Good customer service.
My wife is allergic to tomatoes and I asked twice for no tomatoes on both of her sandwiches and they ended up still putting them on the sandwiches. They even repeated it back to me to double check but never rang it in on the register. I tried calling and they picked up the phone and didnt say anything then hung up on me. Weren't busy or anything. Dissatisfied.

Well Mr.Hero I bumped you up a few stars because the operation seems to be running much better. Likely since the "newness" of the BIG return to this area has worn off for most, the madness has subsided. Get there at the wrong times then you asked for busy, that's because HERO has great grub like NO other sandwich shop. It does come at somewhat of a premium cost especially a meal for 3-4 people with sides. Coupons and specials help so keep 'em coming HERO, and we'll be back. Jay
