I lost heat the day before Thanksgiving. Being that it was a holiday I decided to wait till Friday to call for a service tech. I called about a dozen, most were closed on Black Friday or were charging Time and a half to double to come out! I was at this point stressed, being a military wife and my husband being away on duty.
