Borrowed my boyfriends uncles and I fell in love! Heats our 34' rv perfectly!
Had a small issue with a heater, talked to tech support got it figured out fast and the tech was awesome to talk to! Will definitely buy other mr heater products just because of the great experience with them today. Wish every customer service was like today's.
I received my Buddy Heater for Christmas. Had a small problem with it I messaged Mr. Heater and told them of the problem and even though it was purchased through one of the big box stores Mr. Heater was willing to take care of the problem if the store wouldn't. They got back to me fast too from messenger extremely impressed with their customer service and fast response time. Won't buy anything but in the future.
