I have one of your Big Maxx 75 000btu natural gas heaters. The circuit board failed after one winter. No stock in Canada for a replacement. 2 weeks plus to get one. I will be replacing it with a Reznor this week

Love my 75000-125000 heater but there are no replacement parts in the store. Broke a fitting on the hose and you can't just go buy a replacement. Had to buy different adapter to piece together to make a new hose. Don't have the time to call in and order online replacement parts!!
i am on my second one in 2 days cant keep the pilot lit!!!!!!

I've had my Buddy Heater for 3 years. I use it Turkey & Deer Hunting and Ice Fishing. I've never ran any tanks larger than 1# tanks. I've never had Any Problems. I have a carrying bag to keep it clean.
I bought the second of two heaters last night. The first heater worked 4 times over a 3 week period and quit yesterday morning. Tested the second one last night it worked fine, got in the stand this morning and after trying 3 different bottles only the pilot will come on. These things are junk I just hope I can get my money back on both of them. They were the little buddy heater.
Product is great but what's even better and what matters the most, customer service. Their customer service is off the charts!!!!! Thank you and keep up the great work!!!!!
