New Air Conditioner As always Nima and his team are prompt, respectful, reliable and professional. Mr. Heat installed a new Lennox air conditioner and I couldn't be happier. I am a long time and now a lifetime customer. Nima has always been highly responsive and prompt whenever I've called for service. Mr. Heat also installed my Navien Tankless Water heater. There's no one I trust more.

Furnance Replacement Got Mr. heat to come inspect my furnace for a new home purchase. He pointed out the issue and recommended to replace the furnace (upsell?). Negotiated the price on spot. They installed it professionally per schedule and made sure it was cleaned after. Overall service attitude is good. Not sure about the pricing since I didn't shop around. Bonus: they even helped me to change my hot water tank's temperature for free.

Furnace work was good but I don't know if the amount that I paid was including thermostat & filter since they did not installed them for me

Furnace Right before New Year's Eve, my furnace broke down, I checked the Internet to find a reliable company to come and take a look at my furnace which was by the way very old. Humidifier installation Nima came within a day of providing a quote, in a time that was convenient to us, and completed the installation very professionally. After few days we have asked Nima to do some modifications in the installation to have the humidifier running only on the furnace actual heat cycle (as we have an HRV that activates the furnace fan continuously) and Nima was very responsive and made the modification as requested free of charge. Excellent experience.
