The handyman said he could fix my creaking floor in 2 rooms and paint the trim for $650 ($250+$250+$150 plus "supply costs”). After I agreed, he put a few nails in one room and then said it wouldn’t work and the new estimate (meaning a new $86 estimate fee, mind you) would be $1600 (plus "supply costs"). I am very happy with my decision to hire this company for drywall installation service and they did it very systematically at a very feasible cost. I am fully satisfied with the output.
We have used this company's tech for several times and he never disappoints us with the quality of his work. This time he painted indoors and was meticulous with his prep work and did an amazing job. He also helped us with a privacy screening on our deck. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend him.
When we met my first impression was, this guy looks like he knows what he's doing. He didn't let his first impression down, that guy knew what he was doing! He was courteous and knowlegable,and efficient! Did the job like he could do it with his eyes closed. It was perfect! Just what I wanted. When he was done, he cleaned up all his mess and it looked like he was never there. Ninja handyman lol, but I highly recommend calling Mr. Keven Stinson, if you want it done right, fast and clean, this is your guy. Call him now!
