Absolutely terrible. They were supposed to treat and wrap the end of the beams under my deck. It's a second-story deck, and it's 40 ft long. I told them this, I told them it was difficult to reach, and I sent them pictures of the beams and the whole house where the deck is positioned so they could clearly see what was needed. 5.5 hours for a faucet installation and a pantry door repair. Worst 600 bucks I ever spent for handyman job.
Ineffective contractors and very poor communication means they cost you 50% more of their original claimed "conservative" estimation. Be cautious.
I put my home up for sale in the fall and the inspection found moisture in the sheet rock in the corner of one of the rooms. A friend referred me to these guys and I was amazed by how prompt and courteous they were! They were able to make an immediate assessment and repair the wall before close and I can't thank them enough!
