Repair roof chimney flashing minor lifting
Bob was very attentive to our explanation of the problem and offered a few ideas on the repair.
A small issues occurred and they returned at no cost to me. Very pleasant & satisied
Mr. Handyman showed up on time and even called before the appointment time to let me know he was on the way. His cost estimate of doing the job was on target with the final bill. Will strongly consider Mr. Handyman of NW Gwinnett for future projects.

Excellent work. But be aware that all work is time and materials. I have double hung Jeld Wen windows. My window nose sill was rotted. I feel I was charged for more hours because the PVC wasn't wide enough to cover the underlaying brick. So technician made an extra trip to fabricate a replacement nose sill out of treated pine. Apparently the PVC narower widths is a known issue. The service technician didn't bring the PVC to th job and had to make an extra trip to pick it up. The discovered the PVC was too narrow.
