I had a variety of work that needed to be completed, including fixing various pieces of rotted wood around the window exterior, installing a dishwasher, installing a toilet, installing ceiling fans, etc. The customer service was excellent. The tech and the administrator clearly described to me the work they were doing and how it was done. The quality of the work was good. The pricing is a little expensive on an hourly basis, but it depends on the nature of the assignment as far as whether you received a good value.

The project entailed examining and caulking the brick and wood areas of the front of a 2 story house with high gables and removal and replacing rotted trim wood around windows. This required attention to detail and skill with working on ladders in awkward places. Another person was sent as work on the high areas required. The job was conscientiously done.
