I needed someone to repair my vinyl siding. I called the office to schedule an estimate. The office told me the Tech will give me an estimate and If I agree they can do the work right then and there. Ok, sounds professional. When the Tech arrived, he mentioned how the office probably didn't tell me but....it will cost me the first hour just to walk into the door. What???? I'm assuming if the office was honest and up front to begin with, I'm pretty sure most people would cancel or just hang up. BEWARE!

They didnt even bother to call me when I sent in a request for some jobs I needed done! Very unprofessional and obviously says a lot about how they work. I am glad I didn't hear from them!
We recently bought a home that was previously foreclosed on, and the bank hired this company for repairs. The sunroom flooring is awful and has huge bubbles that this company won't come out and repair because the house was sold "as is" even though the floors were newly installed & this company was paid to install them - shows lack of pride in their work. We called them and got contractor to come down, I believe the owner "Dennis Turmel." Originally by the female rep at the company, we were promised a fast quote and that never happened. May 20th is when he came by to give me a quote. Everything seemed to be in order with the company and looked professional (that's why they're getting 2 stars and not 1).
