Service is slow. They didn’t warn us that the food would take 25+ minutes to cook. Staff were more focused on their conversation than they were on making the food. For a $30 meal, the service is terrible.
worst drive thru experience i’ve ever had. - when i was ordering at the box/menu the worker didn’t confirm with me i was done ordering and had just disappeared on me. i wanted 2 chicken gyro boxes and 1 drink. when someone finally started speaking again it was a different person and they probably thought i was making a new order. miscommunications occurred and they thought i was ordering items i don’t want. after clarifying that i just wanted my two boxes and a drink, the drink i wanted was unavailable. okay that’s fine i’ll... read more
Food is consistently good, although it might be a bit pricey for the portions. I went at about 5pm on a Sunday and my order took 10 minutes as I was holding up the drive thru, they messed up my order but were able to correct it without a problem... but unfortunately when I got home the order was still wrong (I knew something was off but I was waiting a long time and everyone in the drive-thru was getting observedably annoyed and hungry, especially my kids in the car).
