I bought 6 for my father for his new bathroom I designed. The grab bars with grippers were a God sent. He never fell again in his shower. Toilet paper we also a grab bar. Towel, even shelf. I love the quality so much I put them in our master bathroom.
Did not show up for appointment. Moved appointment back from 12-3pm to 4-6pm. Made a 76 year old woman wait all day in her new empty house without showing. Customer service was like a robot repeating that she sent messages for a manager to call us. No call. Well, we will be calling someone else!
