I had a great experience fast service
1 year check up for furnace/ ac purchased from Mr. Furnace who is I am told out of business. Desmon Lewis did a great job. Very thorough and very pleasant I would ask for him when I next need service.
Chad is the best , so professional . He really takes ownership in the company. Love the pictures. He showed me and also took it one step further and gave me quotes of furnaces that you carry. We are going to Wait at this time, but I appreciate all the information.
Desmond from Mr furnace was great. He explained everything in detail so you could understand. He knows what he is talking about. Also very polite.
The appt was confirmed and I was told when they were on their way. The part was found and replaced timely and Chad, the technician, was great!!
