Thanks again for saving the day Mr Furnace. Summer heat had taken a toll on our air conditioner and these guys went above and beyond to come up with an affordable and efficient replacement for us. We love our new Trane air conditioner. It's so quiet and runs like a champ. The guys were great, showed up on time and were done within a day. We live in Macomb and found it hard to get anyone to come out in the 90 plus degree temps. unaffordable and no options. I had a tech quote me for a new heat pump. They would only quote the most expensive model and had no options. The cost of labor was much higher than other companies. I will be working with a more flexible company.
Thanks for coming out to our home guys. 90 plus degrees for several days caused our air conditioner to go out. You guys were awesome in getting us a new one at an affordable price and really fast service. We appreciated how knowledgeable and professional the technicians were and give them a 2 thumbs up. HIghly recommend.
Called to inquire about my AC and was told to just go back to the person who installed it. Person on phone sounded uncaring and rude, quite unwelcoming for someone who wanted to be a new customer.
I would advise anyone looking for a new HVAC system to avoid Mr Furnace. They simply cannot be trusted. "Strike 1" - The install In the middle of the first night following install, the new furnace stopped working. The installers had wired the furnace to a new gfci outlet that they had installed. The furnace tripped the outlet causing it to shut down. Thankfully this happened when we were home. Can you imagine if we had been out of town?
