Me. Flush (Travis) is amazing he literally came right when We called. His business is a family owned and everyone is polite they all communicate with you throughout the whole process taking pictures videos giving me knowledgeable insight, he cleaned up after himself and crew. He took his shoes off before coming into the house showed up with mask gave us a price up front and stuck to it no matter if the job was more than the quote! Honest family business and I will highly recommend their service
I have several rental houses and that means I have a problem with one pretty much everyday. I have used Mr. Flush many times for different issues. I have never had a problem with them. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. The receptionist has always been professional and friendly. My bills have always been reasonable. I am impressed all around with Mr. Flush. Keep up the good work!!
Love them!!! They are courteous from the lady who answers the phone to the technicians who come out to my house. I have been using them for the last three years and would not even consider using anyone else. They have come out right away every time and my problem was fixed the same day almost every time. Their prices are consistent with, if not cheaper, than the other companies. I am definitely going to be a customer for life.
I just have to comment on some of the reviews I just read. I have used Mr. Flush for the past 6 years on several occasions and have always been completely satisfied. I called on a Sunday for a toilet leak and they came right out. It cost an extra $20 because it was a weekend. But the problem was fixed and was well worth the extra $20. I always do my research and found that Mr. Flush's prices were comparable to other plumbing companies. They don't even deserve one star. HORRIBLE! First of all, the 24/7 emergency calls is a LIE. Second it's a LIE because when they over charge you for "fixing your problem" and then your whole ceiling almost caves in because they DIDNT FIX YOUR PROBLEM LIKE THEY SAID- they are all of a sudden TOO BUSY to come look at your problem.
