Mr. Fix It, Trent Waites, was fantastic! He was personable, professional, and did an amazing job fixing my air unit. When something was not working correctly, he came back free of charge to check. I would highly recommend Mr. Waites!
Trent and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I used them at my home for a/c and refrigerator repair and I have been very happy with their service. Give them a try....
We used Mr. Fix-It to clean our AC unit. Trent was knowledgeable, professional, and timely. He cleaned our unit, as well as went above and beyond in letting us borrow his UV air purifier for weeks after. Trent has been doing this for awhile and is a wealth of knowledge of quality indoor air and comfort. Would recommend!
The most honest company you could call we were working with another AC guy and they were trying to rip off my landlord, telling her that it was gonna take a couple months to get the parts, because then the warranty wouldn’t be effective anymore Mr. fix it not only got the piece right away, but he brought fans over to the house because he knew I had children in the house, and it was hot I highly recommend them to everyone
I had no air on a Friday during the last weekend of July, so I was thrilled when Mr. Fix it answered the phone at night and said he would come by the next day. He told me I had a leaking coil and it was probably still under warranty. He said he would check and, if so, I wouldn’t pay for anything but labor. I let him know I was anxious on the time element because it was during the hottest part of the hottest summer. He said he would get to it early in the week and would let me know when on Monday.
