Took over 2 months to repair my weed eater. Never called once to keep me informed of the repairs. Took it home and on the first pull the string would not retract (this was the reason I brought it in). I brought it back and spoke with "Clyde". He was rude and several hours later told me the problem was I was pulling the string wrong. Yep I've had this machine 3 years and I was pulling it wrong. I'll never take anything there again. Don’t take anything to this place. I took my 4hp outboard motor to get water pump replaced and was quoted $125. After having my motor for 5 weeks I got a call stating it was done and the price was $498. Evidently their mechanic took too long working on it so I was charged $280 in labor. Also they changed parts that had nothing to do with the water pump or impeller. They never called to let me know that other parts would have needed to be changed or that it was going to cost more. DON'T take anything to this place!!! they say it should cost so much then when you get it they jumped the price up 3 times without calling to let you know. every other place would have called and told you that it is going to cost more than expected. take your lawn equipment to Bill's Lawn Mower Service or if boat/motor take it to Cabelas or Bass Pro.
