We used MR. Fix it a couple of times none have been the best experiences. Never shows up at the quoted time or day, over charges and under delivers on quality of work. To this point I’ve had them fix the same issue with a leaky roof 2x and it’s currently suffering from that same issue. Called them a couple days ago to have them service the issue again. If I could give zero stars I would! Him and his wife hardly ever answer the phone. To get him to come out on time or even at all is a task in itself! We paid last year to have him fix something in our rental property and he didnt fix it. Had him out two different times to try again to fix it (only because we already paid him to fix it, he needs to fix the problem) and of course there is still a huge leak to this day. WARNING: THE FIRST TWO 5 STAR REVIEWS are the OWNER and his WIFE! Contractor collected money and refused to do the work. Brought out a contractor with no tools who had no idea what he was doing. Contractor brought Office secretary with him who brought her 4 year old daughter who kept chasing and grabbing and squeezing our cats while the mother cursed and screamed at her daughter and the contractor stood around doing nothing.
