Avoid Mr. Expensive Way too expensive. No refunds. Ever. Store credit only. They are very proud of this policy. My wife bought the wrong size item. Less than one hour later she returned to find out they did not have the right size and they same cashier that took her cash would not offer a refund. Warning I took my son's cello to Mr. E's for minor repairs and while on their truck being transported it was crushed. They have refused to replace with the same brand or even discuss paying me for the instrument. They have been very difficult to work with and offered no solution other than take another brand of their choosing as a replacement. I had bought a piano from them in the past, but will never do business with them again.

Too pricy This place has a large selection of instruments and lots and lots of sheet music, but I think the prices are too high. Specifically, guitars are way too expensive. Personally I think guitar center has better prices and better sales as well. This place may be better for specialty instruments that are harder to find.

Mr. E's Wide selection in music books for a great price. The staff is very helpful and they always fix my horn when anything goes wrong with it. I have been going to Mr. E's for years!

Go above and beyond We were looking for a karoke track for a song to be sang at our wedding. We could not find it anywhere but Mr. E's was able to take the vocals off the track we had so that my sister had something to sing to at the wedding. They were very helpful. They also have a helpful list of local music teachers that really decreases your search time.
