Travis & Kenny were great! Very professional & fixed a problem in one day that has taken several weeks to get addressed correctly. Highly recommend!
Communication was decent. $29.00 trip charge for quotes (some other contractors charge $0.00). Estimated $1,400-$1,500 for bathroom vent fan install (40% more than competitors) and then tried to upsell, as most modern companies do. Would rather stick to mom and pop electricians that are less salesy with a less bureaucratic process.
This was such a positive experience! Mark was genuine and professional. He was very competent and helpful, and made the whole encounter feel personable. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
