So impressed! They sent a bio of the technician prior to arrival. I have never had that before. Super nice and professional and included clean up. The office followed up right afterward. Don’t miss out on service like this because I’ve never really experienced before.

Highly unprofessional. After NOT fixing the problem, they said they would give a refund. They now refuse to give us the money back and are arguing with the bank. I would not recommend anyone to them. unless you want to dump a ton of money for bad work and not getting it corrected. You're better off to flush your money done the toilet.

hands down best in the business can't get much better than the top shelf!!! not only a level of professional work but an added quality and personability while dealing with the owners!
We paid to have a ceiling fixture put in and was told we needed grounding rods for the outside box and we needed to replace the system the quote they gave us was $3000 higher than anybody else I had them fix the grounding and the fixture but later I had another electrician came by we found out that Mr Electric did both of them incorrectly and we had to have it re-done and fixed correctly these people have no clue what they’re doing they are not doing things right and overcharging people. Very Honest, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable company. I have gotten to know the owners, and their business ethics are truly one to be admired. Service business can be challenging but knowing how they go above and beyond for their customers to always do what is right, Mr. Electric will be successful.

Referred them to a past client after hearing the owner speak at a function. My client called me to share her experience and pure frustration and she was in tears, I was so embarrassed to have recommended them. After hearing what happened, I completely understand why she felt taken advantage of. Won't make that mistake again. Beware!
Love these guys. super professional and knowledgeable. came out, had my issues straightened out in no time and at a very reasonable rate! A+++ 10/10 would use again 😃😃
