Sheridan worked a very long day to insure our new meter base, inbound from meter wire replacement and new junction box worked including working with Bob at South Central Power to disconnect early morning and reconnect power late in the day. Sheridan was very polite and professional. He announced his arrival ahead of time by telephone. He arrived and quickly proceeded to understand and diagnose the problem. He completed his work in a courteous and respectful manner and had the problem solved in no time. The bill was exactly what he quoted so there were no surprises at the end of the visit.
