prompt service, excellent technicians whenever i call mr. duct, they are able to come that day, they have serviced my air conditioner and furnace. we have an older lennox furnace and not everyone is trained in it, but mr. duct's technicians have always been proficient in it.i feel they are honest and reputable and they have been following up with emails to see if your visit went well. i would recommend them

Good service by the technicians. HORRIBLE customer service by the CSR & billing. 4 phone calls in less than 24 hours= excessive. Borderline rude responses with an air of superiority is not good business practice if you are trying to develop a loyal client base.

I called and in the same day they were able to service my home! The gentleman that worked at my home were professional, highly skilled and clean. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend your service's highly. I have two kittens and they took special care to watch out for them! e, or highly recommended because

Cant' say enough about them – Mr. Duct...... We had a new Lennox furnace installed by Four Seasons back in April and I thought I'd share our fantastic experience. Our old furnace was 22 years old and had been repaired twice for separate issues in the past so we opted to get it replaced this time because there was a problem with the heat exchanger. Great People – As others have said these people know what they are doing. We found out about them from the manager of our building. They came on time, showed us before and after pictures of our ducts, and left no mess what so every. Great people to work with who do an excellent job. Highly recommended
