Dryer Vent Cleaning I used Mr. Duct for the first time last week to have our Dryer vent cleaned and serviced. I would highly recommend Mr. Duct for any work that they offer. The service technician was extremely professional, clean, knowledgeable and he explained everything he was doing. After his work was complete he clean-up his mess and thanked us for the business. I will definately recommend them to friends and family.
Friendly and Professional I have used Mr. Duct twice this year. The first time, because our furnace had decided to act up during a snow storm. I called on a Friday, and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day! The technicians arrived early (they called first), were very nice, explained everything, and patiently answered all my questions (I am a new home owner, so I had a lot of them). Number One Moved into our house in November and felt we should get our ducts cleaned. Had a lot of coupons with dirt cheap prices from companies in the mail but reviews led us to Mr. Duct. They quoted a price, did not try and up sell and delivered what was promised. Techs were professional and friendly and the job I needed done was done correctly. Don't look anywhere else.
Simply the Best! I interviewed several companies before we made a decision to go with Mr. Duct. I also read every review I could find on them and after much research we chose to go with this company. They exceed our expectations!!! We have a fairly large house with over 60 vents. (many of which we don't use). awful company garbage companyonly care about themselves they drain the life out of u screw this companymy friend said he work here for sort time you work like a dog for no money and they treat you like trash and no good benefitshe thought he got a job doing HEATING AND AIR what does duct cleaning have to do with heating and air um nothing they can hire off the streets for this so SO Environment Technical Institute GRADUATES DON'T GET HIRED BY THEM BIG MISTAKE
