Your people did a wonderful job at fixing our dryer vent system. Sergio, Jason and Sam worked for five hours to figure out how and why the builders people laid it out the way they did. Your crew didn’t just start punching holes in the drywall, but rather, they took the time to investigate all the possibilities. We had Mr Duct today to clean the dryer vents. I was pleased with everything, from the courteous people in the office to the technician who came to the house. Tyron went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied with what he was doing. And as soon as the work was done, before Tyron was gone 5 minutes, I received an email from the office to ask if everything was done to my satisfaction. I couldn't have been more pleased.
Manny and Felix did a great job on our ducts - thorough. We just had our walls painted a few months ago and feared the dings scrapes and damage associated with bulky equipment and employees that rush to get the job done. No Damage. Professional. Courteous. Recommended.
