We had Mr Duct today to clean the dryer vents. I was pleased with everything, from the courteous people in the office to the technician who came to the house. Tyron went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied with what he was doing. And as soon as the work was done, before Tyron was gone 5 minutes, I received an email from the office to ask if everything was done to my satisfaction. I couldn't have been more pleased.
Manny and Felix did a great job on our ducts - thorough. We just had our walls painted a few months ago and feared the dings scrapes and damage associated with bulky equipment and employees that rush to get the job done. No Damage. Professional. Courteous. Recommended.
