They run an efficient business with exceptional communication, a quick turnaround, and fair pricing. We had persisted with the old circular vacuum pool cleaner for over a decade. A few years back we made the leap to spending alittle more on what we hoped would reduce the drama of keeping our leafy pool clean. 5 stars! Mr Dolphin and team were fantastic. I called them right before the Easter long weekend and although they were already extremely busy, they were very accommodating and managed to fix our pool cleaner within a few hours. Lovely, friendly customer service including helping me with carrying the machine to the car and providing lots of useful tips. I would 100% use Mr Dolphin and co again. Thank you!!
