'5 - STAR' - Boaz and Co. at Mr Dolphin are running a great business. It was great to finally find a Service Centre that (1) 'actually' have full stock of Pool Cleaner spare parts and (2) that are technically proficient with every aspect of each product. My Dolphin Robot was repaired by Mr. Dolphin in Frenches Forest, and the experience was exceptional. Boaz and James greeted me warmly and promptly took care of my unit, completing the repair efficiently with professionalism and a positive attitude. Service like this is rare these days, and I highly recommend Mr. Dolphin to anyone in need of their expertise.
I was referred to this guys by Maytronics themselves and I was grateful to find out they were only 5 minutes away. It was Christmas Eve and close to closing time but Tal still took the time to help me troubleshoot my cleaner and sort me out with a new motor. He was diligent and transparent in his troubleshooting. Highly recommended and I will be coming back for all my robot cleaner needs in in the future
