This is the first review I've ever done. This review is based solely on my experience with him over the phone and not based on how well he removes dents. So here it is... I felt that I was bothering him with my questions. His replies were both short and rude. I would personally not use him myself.
Awesome service at awesome prices!! Bill has done all my paintless dent repair for years (GM a large Auto Dealership). I have recommended him to all my friends and clients over the years and he never failed to produce quality results.
