I had the worst experience with John. I am having the worst ER at my home. I had John come look and quote it. John came over and made it seem like it was so bad, that I was going to be without a home soon. I told him it would take some time for me to get the amount of money he wanted, together. For years, I’ve used Mr. Cools (Mr. Soby) company. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I have always received. I would recommend again and again.
Came out when no one else would and is very reasonable
He came out and gave a very fair bid. We agreed to have him do the work and put $500 down to get started. No work was ever done and no response from phone messages, texts and a letter sent requesting a refund.
