Michelle is an actual godsend and the mechanics here are top notch! I have a 2018 Honda Civic. While on a trip, my AC died completely and quotes for diagnostics ONLY from other shops in Knoxville were $300-$500. I called Mr. Cool and they quoted me $75 for the diagnostic. They advised I go to Honda first though as my year of Civic is known for AC recalls. After Honda replaced the condenser under recall, my AC went out again. I have a 2018 audi q7...certainly did not expect the ac compressor to go out. I will say it was more $ than I expected (but what isn't these days), but the speed in which it was diagnosed, and the fact that the repair was completed the same day I brought it in, was spectacular. I'd certainly recommend.
Chandler was very friendly and fixed my AC in under a few hours. Very knowledgeable staff at the front desk and overall I had a great experience here.
Chandler and the crew were amazing! My son's car required a new transmission. I received two quotes for repairing/replacing and I knew his price was very reasonable. They also went out of their way to repair some minor scuffs, given the car is 8 years old and we decided to repair vs buy a new car. I can't say how much I appreciate the communication and going so above and beyond! Thank you!!
