This place had excellent customer service! The two ladies at the front desk are great! Friendly and good customer service. Which is rare these days. 100% recommend!
I dropped off an older F-150 that needed a lot of work. I was chiefly concerned with the air conditioning, which another mechanic had failed to fix. While I was at it, I asked them to inspect and do whatever they could to make it a daily driver again. The project turned out to be a tough one. Parts were hard to find, the truck was well worn from a life of hard work, and the shop had to contend with the sloppy work of the guy I tried to go with before. Yall! I just have to say that I was extremely impressed with Paige and Michelle during my visit today. They were both Super friendly, knowledgeable and communicated perfectly about what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix it. I also spoke with a gentleman who explained everything as well. As a woman, it is sometimes very intimidating to walk into a mechanic shop with a problem for fear of being taken advantage of or spoken down to. This did not happen at all today and I would 1000%.
