Mr. Cool is the best Heating and Air Conditioning company in the Valley. Joe came out to our home and was very professional. Communicated very well and discussed our issues. We agreed to install a new unit because ours was over 12years old. The team was at our home in three days with a crane and a team to complete the install. I had a new system put in it went out twice In the first six months it's not like anybody There half the time they said a tech would Come out no show I call to speak to owner The thing who answer the phone blew me off and hung up on me

I’ve had my AC unit repaired two times with Mr. Cool Heating & Air Conditioning. Joe came out both times and he is very polite and professional. He is very very knowledgeable and honest. Contacted Mr Cool to come check out my two AC units prior to summer use. One was installed by Mr Cool in Aug 2023, but the other has been up on the roof since Feb 2004. The older unit was showing its age after 21 years in the Vegas sun. I decided to replace this unit. When I asked Joe, the technician, when they could swap the AC unit out I was surprised when he said he would be back within about 3 hours with a crew, a crane and the new AC unit.
