We knew we needed both a new heater and a/c but we had been putting it off. Our heater finally stopped working all together and water started dripping from our ceiling when the a/c was on for too long. Mr. Cool had someone out to give us an estimate the same day we called which was a Friday. We had a brand new heater and A/C fully installed and working before 2pm that following Monday.
