La experiencia que tuvimos con esta compañía fue la más mala, cuando vayan a hacer un detectado del equipo por problemas técnicos, suban con ellos hasta donde se encuentre la unidad y graben todo con su tlf xq lo primero que te ponen en el informe es que esta manipulado siendo mentira para entonces cobrar carisimo, arregló con cualquiera pero ellos no robaran mi dinero

Mr. Cool is the best Heating and Air Conditioning company in the Valley. Joe came out to our home and was very professional. Communicated very well and discussed our issues. We agreed to install a new unit because ours was over 12years old. The team was at our home in three days with a crane and a team to complete the install. Ivan was the field service lead, very nice guy and very professional. This team is worth calling, They shoot straight, they do not mind the heat and troubleshooting your unit. I had a new system put in it went out twice In the first six months it's not like anybody There half the time they said a tech would Come out no show I call to speak to owner The thing who answer the phone blew me off and hung up on me

I’ve had my AC unit repaired two times with Mr. Cool Heating & Air Conditioning. Joe came out both times and he is very polite and professional. He is very very knowledgeable and honest. Their prices are great too. I didn’t spend as much as I thought I was going to spend. He is very understanding and works with you, and explains everything to you.
