The repair situation started out stressful. I went into it knowing that it takes time to get your car back from the body shop. GEICO made it so stressful because I had to fight them tooth and nail to keep the rental car- but Peter had my back every step of the way. The car left Mr. Cool’s looking SO good. I had visited this location previously after an accident, so when I had another car issue, I already knew who to visit. The technician Phillip was able to replace a bolt in my car bumper on very short notice, and provided very quick service. Huge props to the whole team.
Dropped off my daughter’s car to have some minor damages fixed due to a parking lot incident. She had her car back in less than two week! They did an amazing job! The office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Mikey and Nick did an amazing job on her car! It looks like nothing ever happened to it! Thank you all for quality service and a job well done!
My experience at Mr. Cool was top notch all the way . My Durango was delivered to them at about 9am and by 10am I was on the phone with one of their experts . They immediately began a thorough estimate process and by that afternoon they were already removing damaged panels to begin the repair process . James worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I was well taken care of while keeping me updated on the process .
