Called Mr. Cool on a Wednesday at 3pm, was at my house by 4:30 the same day. Jose diagnosed the issue and did multiple repairs swiftly. Great experience, will definitely be my go to ac and heat contact moving forward
Mr. Cool (Walter) was very professional. Their price was completely fair and satisfactory. Walter was clear in his explanations and his installation team was courteous. They laid down drop cloths inside and wore shoe covers. I highly recommend them.
