They are the worst. I have been waiting over 2 years and in July my insurance paid and they have me with a round about to release check to me. Now they put me on hold for over 50 minutes and then hang up. I even gave them a easy way to deposit funds and still no money. MR ********************** is a rip off

What is going on?I spoke with the ***************** and they informed me the check was sent out two months ago directly to Mr. Claims. In addition it shows as the check being cashed already. i have not seeing any payment and been trying to contact them. No call back, no reply to emails, nothing.

My husband and i were referred to this Company for some concerns we had about our home and A/**************** was our rep and he was very communicative and helpful. we quickly got everything fixed and our claims were all successful. The checks did take a little long and we did call many many times and always got the same response that it was coming then it finally came and it was a huge financial help. ****** was great!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have sat on my checks for over a month now. I call almost every day. They screen the calls and either do not answer or they answer and lie. They are telling me every day that they are depositing money into my account and it has been more than 6 weeks now. Each time the amount and day change.
