Mr. Claims is a total *******. My check was sent back to them, and I still haven't received my payment. Every time I call, I get a different story, and I'm just being given the runaround. They are the worst. I have been waiting over 2 years and in July my insurance paid and they have me with a round about to release check to me. Now they put me on hold for over 50 minutes and then hang up. I even gave them a easy way to deposit funds and still no money. MR ********************** is a rip off

What is going on?I spoke with the ***************** and they informed me the check was sent out two months ago directly to Mr. Claims. In addition it shows as the check being cashed already. i have not seeing any payment and been trying to contact them. No call back, no reply to emails, nothing.

My husband and i were referred to this Company for some concerns we had about our home and A/**************** was our rep and he was very communicative and helpful. we quickly got everything fixed and our claims were all successful. The checks did take a little long and we did call many many times and always got the same response that it was coming then it finally came and it was a huge financial help. ****** was great!
