He claimed he sent my temp tags to my email after the rain ruined them but I never received them he kept telling me to keep checking my junk mail and I literally did on three different devices. The owner is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do business
Yusef and Alex at Mr. Cars AZ were fantastic to work with, I'd highly recommend them. I needed to sell a well-loved Honda Civic and other used car places would either refuse to look at it or offer a couple hundred bucks. Yusef and Alex actually took the time to inspect and drive the car, saw that it was in good condition and worth reselling to a customer, and offered me a fair price. We had an amazing experience with Mr Cars.. hassle free, first dealership to not be pushy or screw around on pricing.. when he said out the door at a certain price, he meant it and followed through with it! Even through the hiccups he’s been professional and courteous
