Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I scheduled a carpet cleaning for two bedrooms and was quoted $80 over the phone. I’m out of state and explained this upfront, they assured me it wasn’t a problem. The technician arrived the next day but was unaware the apartment was vacant and spent time calling and texting trying to find the unit and get inside.
