I had a very disappointing experience with Mr Carpet Cleaning Fallbrook. The technician arrived late and seemed unorganized, which delayed the cleaning. The carpets were not properly cleaned, with stains and dirt still visible afterward. Communication about the process and pricing was poor, and when I asked questions, the responses were vague and unhelpful. On top of that, the final bill was higher than the original estimate due to unexpected charges. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and frustrating.
my carpet got soaked after a big water leak, so i reached out for professional carpet cleaning help. the team responded really quickly and took care of everything. roger came out almost right away, got rid of all the water, cut up and hauled away the wet rug, and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the room. after a few days, they came back, took away all their equipment, and made sure everything was dry. i vacuumed the floor and put my furniture back, and now the room looks just like new. i highly recommend this carpet... read more
