Today, we had a carpet cleaning technician who was a true delight to work with. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and very flexible, which was great since our busy household has pets and ongoing projects. He understood our needs from the beginning to the end. With our large home, the task was quite challenging, but he did an outstanding job! Our carpets look fantastic, and everything smells fresh and clean. We would love to have him as our technician again in the future. Highly recommend!

Do Not Use. Terrible customer service and even worse messaging service. I had an appointment scheduled from 12-2pm, 1pm comes and no call from the technician. I call to check with the messenger service and She says “I’m going to check with the contractor and get back to you”. 2pm rolls around no technician arrival and no call back from messenger service.
