Mr. B's replaced my light on my truck tonight. So there I am another satisfied customer after my light was broke. It was so gratifying, because they stayed in touch until they replaced it. Thank you so much.

I got my car washed yesterday soon as I leave my car still dirty the manager would not sell me armor all for my tires because he was tried he said I am upset because I always go here I always get the 11 dollar wash and I was treated poorly this is the rag from me wiping down my tires from when I left same day 2 minutes later I did get the 6 dollar wash this time only because I told him I was not happy with my last wash before this one
I went to Mr. Basically as normal, but today I had a terrible experience. The tall dark skin worker took the brush and hit my back door so hard that he knocked my door light off my van. He didn't even say sorry. He just walked away fast and my vehicle started down the line. When I got to the front the manager was there and I told him. I am really upset. If it was the machines I wouldn't be so mad, but the worker did the damage.
Excellent place. Excellent service. The car wash is timed & turned, perfectly. QUALITY SERVICE**THE MOST DRTAILED HAND/CLOTH DRY ON THE EASTSIDE. You cant beat it, check em out, your car deserves it.
