The shop manager Lee Roy and his staff have always been great to us. We moved here from Texas 6 years ago and our grown kids have moved here too and use them. We have two vehicles and take them there for everything. Oil. Tires. Mechanical. Fair and trustworthy. Can't give them enough props.
This used to be my favorite place to go in Russellville for an oil change. My experience this week was disappointing. There were too many people milling around. I didn't feel like I got any "service" at all. No one was friendly and certainly no one acted like they appreciate my business. Today I notice one of my tire valve caps missing and another about to fall off. That makes me mad!!!!!
I love this place!!! My Hailey is AMAZING! She’s beyond friendly and is so good at her job!! They are fast, efficient and wonderful! Would highly recommend taking all your vehicles here!!
If you are in a hurry and don't mind paying double compared to the long wait at Walmart then , this place is for you
