Marcelo, changed my normal pool guy 3 weeks ago. Since then, my pool has never been vacuumed, the water does not get tested, he rushes in and out. Same happened again today. The guy, Lucas, that he sent out turned off my well bc he doesn't know the system and now my pool is not turning on at all. It's been like this for 4 days. Very unprofessional NC I can not communicate with Lucas bc he does not speak English. Find another company.
