My Scwinn 21 speed had a flat tire this morning when I took it out of my garage for a ride to work. After work, I took it in to get it fixed. I would have understood if they were busy and not able to get to it right away or within the next few days. Matt and his team had a new tire and tube on the Scwinn within 20 minutes and I was back on the road. The service at this store is beyond excellent. They take the time to get to know their customers and how they use their bikes, skis and fitness equipment.
I popped in today without an appointment with a used bike I had purchased hoping to just drop it off for service whenever they could get to it. I was so surprised they serviced, cleaned and fit it to me with in an hour! I was able to ride the new-to-me bike the same night! Outstanding, encouraging and friendly service. They gained a new long term customer today!

My boyfriend and I were camping an hour away and his bike broke and was completely unable to ride it. It was only the second day of our vacation and needed our bikes for another week. We drove into town for a spare part to get it fixed. Unfortunately they did not have it but what they had was a spare bike to lend him for the remainder of our vacation until the parts came in.
