Waseem, the Barber is without flaws. He maintains accuracy however confined the instructions. One dictate is enough and he delivers effortlessly, giving you exactly what you had asked. He has a serious professional attitude for what he does.
Very disappointed with my experience. I had long hair and unfortunately, much more length was cut than I wanted. The cut was also uneven, and instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, the situation was not handled professionally. What disappointed me even more was the staff laughing instead of trying to accommodate me after the mistake. I understand that mistakes can happen, but how they are handled matters. I’ve been growing my hair for a long time, and this experience has left me very unhappy with the result.
