A compassionate, sensitive yet professional and thorough specialist. Mr Nguyen takes a patient centred and collaborative approach to the patient, I have had a number of negative experiences with specialists who treat the patient as a subordinate but not Mr Nguyen, I felt listened too, understood and respected, I left the consult with a plan of action to sort out my health concern. Mr Nguyen was also happy to answer my questions too which I appreciated. The reception staff were also nice, humble and approachable.
Mr Nguyen is compassionate, understanding and professional at all times. Fantastic surgeon who explains things in layman's terms - which puts you at ease when booking in for surgery. His front of house team are brilliant too - attentive and approachable!
